Join us for the fourth annual Stanford Women's Impact Retreat –
this year on both coasts!
Meet other Stanford alumni and students interested in having real social impact and walk away with an understanding of your own capacity to drive positive change.
Saturday, June 2, 2018
9:30am - 4pm
Stanford Women's Community Center, Stanford, CA
Saturday, June 23, 2018
Stanford in Washington, Washington, DC
Held three weeks apart on opposite coasts, this year's parallel Impact Retreats will follow the same format to give alumni and students across the country the opportunity to reflect, connect, and more.
We’ll begin by exploring our personal strengths and goals. Then using "Design Your Energy," a new video-guided activity developed in partnership with Bill Burnett, ’79, MS ’82, and Dave Evans, ’75, MS ’76, from the d.school, we will help you focus on the things in life that give you energy and identify activities that drain you. We’ll provide the space to dig deep into what is meaningful to you, reflect on barriers to achieving your goals, and take steps to turn your goals into an actual plan.
We'll end the day with an empowering self-care training that will help you feel good while you’re doing good.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided at each location.
$50 for General Admission, $20 for Current Students
Some scholarships available upon request; email firstname.lastname@example.org for scholarship details.
We welcome all Stanford alumnae and students interested in social impact and/or gender equity to join us and connect for this retreat! Space is limited, so please register early to secure your spot.
